Understand the written coverage for your equipment and how to ask for support.

Check your product’s written warranty
Warranty coverage can vary by product, condition, manufacturer and intended use. Any written warranty offered with an item must be available for review before purchase and should identify the warrantor, duration, covered parts and labor, exclusions, claim process and any shipping costs.
This page is a support guide, not a promise of a blanket multi-year warranty. Ask us for the specific written warranty if it is not shown on the product page. Do not assume a manufacturer’s warranty transfers to used equipment.
Start a claim
Email your order number, purchase date, model, serial number where available, description of the problem and photos or video. Stop using unsafe equipment. We will help identify the applicable warranty and the next step; do not ship an item until return arrangements are confirmed.
Care, repairs & use
Follow the manufacturer’s assembly, load limits and maintenance instructions. Keep purchase and service records. Damage caused by misuse may be outside a written warranty, but coverage depends on its actual terms and applicable law.
Using an independent repairer or third-party part does not by itself automatically void an otherwise applicable warranty. Damage caused by an improper repair or unsuitable part may be treated differently. Check that the product and warranty support commercial use before buying for a business.
Consumer protections
Written warranties and implied warranties are governed by applicable federal and state law. This guide does not disclaim implied warranties or shorten legal rights. Warranty rights and remedies may vary by state. For an item that arrived wrong, damaged or defective, also see our Returns Policy.
